Can staff have different levels of access?
Yes. Owners, administrators, front desk and tutors each get access matched to their responsibilities, and a tutor sees only their own assigned students, classes and sessions. That limit is enforced in the database, not by hiding menu items.
Can several tutors teach at the same time?
Yes. Conflicts are checked by staff and by room independently, so parallel classes in different rooms don't raise a false clash — four rooms at 4pm is a normal afternoon.
How does tutor-pay calculation work?
One pay rule per staff member — hourly, per session, per attending student, or a share of session revenue — computed from the sessions they actually taught. Novano calculates and exports it; moving the money stays with your existing payroll process.
What happens when a student changes tutors?
Their assessments, teaching evidence and history stay with the student, so the next tutor inherits where they've been rather than starting over.
Can we bring existing students and classes into Novano?
Yes, with help from us during setup — we'll work through your students, classes and fee history with you rather than handing you a spreadsheet template.
Does Nova see everything in the center?
Nova operates within the role of the person using it. An owner's Nova reaches the whole operation; a tutor's is about their teaching. If someone lacks a capability, Nova never receives the corresponding tool for that conversation.
